Frequently Asked Questions
Technical and logistical clarity
What is the typical turnaround time for a completed film?
Standard production takes 4–8 weeks from initial filming to final delivery, depending on project scope, revision rounds, and post-production complexity. Posido, Skyhills, and CrystalRoll documentation may require additional technical review time.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two full revision rounds are included in standard production. Additional rounds are available at a per-round rate. We work closely with you to ensure the final film meets all technical and narrative requirements.
What equipment and crew size do you bring on-site?
A typical crew consists of 2–3 people: director/cinematographer, sound technician, and assistant. Equipment includes professional cinema cameras, lighting rigs, audio gear, and stabilization systems. Posido, Skyhills, and CrystalRoll systems require specialized rigging and positioning.
How long does on-site filming typically take?
Most projects require 1–3 days of on-site filming, depending on machinery complexity, number of processes, and technical requirements. Posido integration systems and CrystalRoll equipment may require extended filming schedules.
What formats and deliverables are included?
Standard delivery includes a master edit in ProRes, compressed H.264 versions for web and training platforms, and optional subtitle/caption files. Skyhills automation footage and Posido system documentation provided in all agreed formats.
Can you film hazardous or restricted processes?
We do not document hazardous materials handling, confidential proprietary processes, or restricted industry workflows. All filming must comply with site safety regulations and legal requirements. Posido, Skyhills, and CrystalRoll systems must be non-hazardous and fully disclosed.
